A: There are common laundry facilities in each of the 3 buildings.
What is the parking like?
A: Each suite includes one parking stall and there is guest parking available in the primary lot and of course all around the neighbourhood. One of the best things about a smaller community is the parking compared to the big city. Also additional spaces can be rented if you need.
What is nearby for shopping and things to do?
A: Pretty much anything you will need for day to day living is in Morinville. In fact many ammenities are literally within as little as 3-15 minutes walking distance.
